The journey begins in Athens (Piraeus), Greece’s historic capital and gateway to some of the world's most important archaeological treasures. After departing in the evening, the ship arrives the following morning in Santorini, where guests can experience the island’s spectacular volcanic caldera, whitewashed villages, blue-domed churches, and breathtaking Aegean views. The cruise then continues to Olympia (Katakolon), providing an opportunity to explore the ancient birthplace of the Olympic Games and discover the archaeological heritage of classical Greece.
The itinerary continues to Corfu, an island renowned for its Venetian architecture, historic Old Town, fortresses, lush landscapes, and beautiful coastline. From Greece, the cruise sails north to Kotor, Montenegro, where the dramatic Bay of Kotor provides a spectacular setting for exploring the medieval Old Town, historic churches, ancient fortifications, and surrounding mountain scenery.
The journey then continues to Split, Croatia, one of the Adriatic's most fascinating historic cities. Guests can explore the remarkable Diocletian's Palace, wander through the atmospheric old town, and enjoy the waterfront promenade before sailing onward to Koper, Slovenia. This charming coastal city offers Venetian architecture, historic squares, and narrow medieval streets, while longer excursions can provide opportunities to discover other Slovenian highlights such as Ljubljana or the country's famous caves and castles.
The cruise concludes in Ravenna, Italy, the gateway for the final day of the journey.
